First and foremost we have told this customer to bring the vehicle in for us to look at it. Even after the one month warranty expired, We offered help and have no control over him not bringing the car into us. So the willingness to help is apparent. Secondly he admitted on the phone and this review that he has paid other mechanics to fix his issue yet none of them have apparently fixed it after he has paid them for a service. So I am curious if hes going online and spreading negativity for paying them for an apparent repair that has not been fixed. All we can do is offer help and we have. It takes integrity to care about a customer having potential concerns but this is not anyway to handle a situation like this. It is going to far at this point. He is not having issues with the engine or transmission yet it is only "front end parts". Front end parts could go bad from hitting any pot holes or road hazards from pavement damage. We do not tolerate this individuals behavior, harassment or threats when we have offered assistance and instead he goes online bashing our reputation as if we are not offering help. We scheduled a time for him to come into our service department and he no showed. He has put apparently 6,000 miles on the car and was given all documentation and we have copies of all paperwork with his very own signature, The state requires only a 30 day or 1,250 mile warranty on this vehicle based on the high mileage it has (well over 100,000 miles). We have signed documents proving the customer was well aware of the state implied warranty given. The state inspections are done on camera so it is actually impossible to just "put a sticker on my car". It does not work like that at all and maybe you should educate yourself on the process. Here is what kind of individual we are dealing with here. https://www.newburyportnews.com/news/man-pleads-guilty-to-breaking-into-amesbury-home/article_dbbf86b8-74a9-11ec-86f7-43c65513cb99.html
