Current is my debit card. I got paid on the 9/27/23, I saw it on my account then suddenly it was transferred out to a person. So my card was compromised and I reported but they told me they could only pull my account with my phone number or email address which all of a sudden they told me it was in the system. I called 2 days in a row and spoke to 5 different people. So now I'm out of my full pay check got grand kids can't pay my bills. I can't even get into my account now with the information that they ask for. I told them I can give them my debit card number and all representatives said they can only access the account by telephone number or email address. They said there support team will get hold of me and no one has yet emailed me back. I've sent them a photo of my ID as they requested and nothing. Resolution Sought I would like for someone to get my paycheck back to me and see what kind of company this Current is. The customer service people can't even do there job correctly and I feel like this company is a scam.

My account was hacked I explained it to current. I changed my phone number a few times. I haven't heard from them not even on email they don't reply back I just want to closed my account and get my remaining balance on a transfer to my Wells Fargo. Resolution Sought Refund to my Wells Fargo since they have my my routing and account number from Wells Fargo from before
