I deposited a check to my bank account with this so called "bank". The check cleared and I made my rent payment and a day later the deposit was reversed and so was my rent payment and now the check went back to pending and has been for days and they won't help me at all. They don't even provide a phone number to call. The only way to contact them is through messages and they don't actually provide any help. I've been trying to contact someone for days with no luck. The check was for $1000 and it was withdrawn from the account it came out of days ago but I still cannot access it. How can a bank not even provide a customer service phone number? Resolution Sought Anything.
