I checked on the Choice Home Warranty site to find out if this company was worth the money for coverage. I answered the questions that were mandatory to get any information. Since then I have received 6+ calls from various locations in the USA. They are calling while I am at work. I am working with clients in therapy and or are court ordered for a mental health evaluation. I have told each caller to stop calling me. What I have heard from each one of these callers is a nasty tone of voice, but then the callers start mocking me. It's definitely harassment because each time another one calls they act the same way. I've never encountered sales calls like this before. Normally, if a call comes from getting information about a home insurance warranty or any other type of product inquiries that I have made in the past (actually, I rarely get calls after making inquiries into the cost of a product) because it's typically a contact by email and I don't get multiple calls from multiple places in the USA. I'm appalled by the way in which these people are speaking to me. I tell them not to call me and they proceed to heckle me, mock me by repeating the same thing repeatedly. I haven't been treated like that since I was a child. I can definitely say the callers are bullying me. I believe since the behavior was so rampant throughout the entire range of callers that it is guaranteed these people are trained to respond in that manner to those who are called incessantly & don't want contac Resolution Sought Stop calling me and stop the dirty tactics they use to get their way with a potential customer. Since I have experienced the way they treat people who are interested in their products. I'm not going to use their products now or ever since I don't like the way they treat people.

My name is David I'm a contractor for rely homes also partnered with home choice warranty. I writing in regards to a water heater job for $1187.50. the company approved the claim and refused to pay for the material. Instead they want me to buy the material and they reimburse me for the material. However other customers and contractors are telling me that they never reimburse them for previous claims. This company needs to be stopped because they are taking advantage of customers and contractors. Resolution Sought I want them to mail a check to the policy owner for the material and labor totaling $1187.50. so the customer can pay me for my services.
