I bought a house a year ago and I discovered a plumbing problem and the company doesn't want to repair the plumbing because they said it was improperly installed and they are not covering it. I have been with Choice Home Warranty for a long time and have had nothing but trouble getting service when I file a claim. Recently, I filed a claim because my AC was broken. Filed claim on June 29, 2025. The temperature here has been 95 degrees or higher! I called and spoke to them June 30th. Explained I have a family member who requires oxygen and cannot tolerate the AC being broken. They could not even give me an estimate of when it would be fixed. I called again on July 1st, no one still assigned. I told them I was going to have it fixed and they could reimburse me. I was told to send them the invoice. I had it fixed on July 1st. I sent them a copy of the invoice and now they refuse to reimburse me. I have been trying to contact customer service since! No answer! I went online and only response from an AI was to contact customer service since! Which of course they do not call me back. I call customer service and all I get is a response that says leave your number, this will place you in line for a call back or the call will be disconnected. I have also left messages on the web site I would like to cancel this company! They have not responded to this! They deducted another payment. I pay them on automatic payments every month on time! The problem is I live in a smaller town, no company wants to deal with them because they end up not wanting to pay! Resolution Sought I want my June and July payment refunded since I have not received any help for my claim. I want to be refunded June & July monthly payment- total $191.89. I want the cost of fixing my AC minus my service fee of $85 refunded -total $183.08 I have been paying on time every month and then they can't get me service in time of need! Same problem last time with my plumbing problem! I want other customers to know how you are treated by this company! I want to cancel with this company!
