I visited Dayton Ohio on 09-01-2023 where I had an issue with the Hotel. I complained about the noise coming from the room next door to me and the manager did take care of the problem. However, I had to get up in the middle of the night to go down to the front desk to complain. I felt that the hotel would document this stay and I thought that the next time I booked a room with Choice Hotels that I would be given some sort of accommodation and I was advised that they created a case however, they offered no accommodation. Case number is 12109689 they advised that I needed to contact them within 90 days. I advised that I don't travel that much through out the year. Resolution Sought Give me a free night stay anywhere I choose because I am not going to be traveling back to Ohio anytime soon.

Company states; I write in response to the complaint filed by Meranda Alexander regarding her stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites® of Dayton, OH (OH209). Ms. Alexander states that she was disturbed by noises in a neighboring hotel room and had to go down to the front desk in the middle of the night to complain. Ms. Alexander seeks a free night stay due to the inconvenience. Please note that Choice Hotels is a hotel franchisor and does not own, operate, manage, or control the day-to-day operations of the hotels in its franchise system. Each hotel is independently owned and operated/. As a goodwill gesture, Choice Hotels' customer relations team offered Ms. Alexander 8,000 Choice Privileges points, but Ms. Alexander declined. I am sending a copy of the complaint filed with your offices to the owner and general manager of the property to initiate a timely response. Sincerely, Senior Paralegal
