An estimate to replace the siding on my home was given on 5/8/21, and a deposit of 1,852.50 was given. No communication from the company since then and no work was completed. After many failed attempts of reaching out, I was able to finally speak with a secretary in March of 2022, I forwarded my invoice and I also spoke with a manager/partner who agreed to give my refund. Since then no refund was given, again no one ever answers the phone or returns my call, I went to the address lists and no one answered the door, and I've emailed the secretary again with no response. Resolution Sought I would like my deposit refunded.

Per consumer states; I'm writing to update you on my recent claim with Choice Remodeling. The manager did contact me and asked for two weeks to settle our dispute. Upon that he asked if I could remove my negative comment from google. I was refunded my down payment in the two weeks. Thank you for your help. I truly believe if it weren't for your help they would not have contacted me and would've kept my deposit. Thanks you so much.
