Good morning my name is Robert Perry and I been trying to get in contact with a member of the Choices team for a payment for an event I helped with on June 26 and 27 of 2022 and I haven't been able to get a response I worked 12 hours on June 26 and 2 hours on June 27. I tried calling Ashely Keys and texted her and yesterday was the first time I received a reply and she stated I would be receiving pay yesterday July 5 and now when I try calling or texting now it's back to not replying I'm not sure if it's a phone issue or a communication issue but I'm in need of my payment for service if anyone can help us resolve this issue then that would be greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought pay me the money they owe me

Company Response

8/23/2022

Company states; On behalf of The Center Helping Obesity In Children End Successfully, Inc. we are submitting this letter of explanation. As a small non-profit organization, we provide programs to families living in underserved Metro Atlanta communities. A complaint of this nature is both startling and detrimental. Mr. Perry was paid $540.00 on June 16th, for assisting us distribute food to families via a mobile pantry event on June 10th, and 11th, done with several community partners. He then returned as a culinary assistant on June 26th and 27th, where he was paid $200 on July 6th, as was agreed upon, because there was a very small event budget. We were not aware that Mr. Perry felt 'unpaid'. It was only after receiving a notice from your firm on July 28th, did we know differently. Although, we did not agree to pay Mr. Perry $500 for June 26th, and 27th, dates, we did pay him an additional $300 on August 2nd to close out this matter. All payments were made via PayPal and have been received by Mr. Perry. As your client has been compensated, please update your records accordingly. Sincerely, Founder & Executive Director
