Took kitchen knifes (8) in for sharing. Upon picking them up found that the body of the blades had scratches. Called and returned for getting rid of scratches. Returned home to find that(4) of the knives were still scratch. Called and was told all were polished and he did the best he could. Resolution Sought Buff or polish all knifes as the way that they were brought in for sharping.

Company states; Mr Bayless brought in 8 knifes and a pair of kithen shears for sharpening they were ready for pick up on 3-1-24. Brad picked them up on 3-4-24, he clled me a few days latter and said he was not satisfied with the way the knifes looked not the sharpening, I then explained the process of sharpening the knifes 1 they are sharpened 2 they are honed on a oil stone 3 they are stoped on a leather belt to finish..aprerently some had scuff marks from the honing i asked him to bring them back and i would polish them which i did the same day..he came down to pick them up and i asked him to bring his glasses to look them over he looked a one knife and said " one is good enough" he was happy but them he calls me latter and said i did nothing to 4 of the knifes which is not true i don't know what else i can do for Mr. Bayless ps: he did not bring his glasses in when he picked them up and did not want to bother to look at the other knifes, this is my 43rd year in this business and i have NEVER had a complaint like his.
