This note is to register a complaint on the office support personal. I had a 2:15 appt, arrived early, did x-rays and such, finished by 2:15. I was lead back to waiting room, and sat for 40 minutes before I complained and walked out. Either they double booked the hygenist appt or someone else was taken in on my time slot, while I was getting x-rays. Very unprofessional. I will never go back.
