I recently purchased a vehicle from them upon noticing that my tire kept going flat I took it to Car-X where they found a rubber sealant had been placed over a crack to keep air from leaking out of the rim I then took it back to them to see if they would fix it for me and replace the rim they told me they would not because their service department checked it but I did not put a ceiling on it to keep the air from leaking out of or cracked around and they refuse to fix the rim problem Resolution Sought I would like for them to replace the rim on my car so I can drive it without a spare without me having to spend $400 on a rim that shouldn't have been on the car when I bought it they put my life in danger and my child's life in danger from driving like this

Vehicle purchased As-Is. Customer put 5000 miles on vehicle with no issue. Crack determined to be from impact after purchase. Vehicle was inspected in July and was on lot for 90 days without any tire deflation issue.
