Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

October 2021, I enrolled in their coaching program. I paid the 1500.00 tuition fee. The course was suppose to be only 90 days. They kept prolonging the graduation date, also they kept requesting more, and more money from me for various products. The focus rarely focused on my certification. I asked for a refund, and was threatened. I was threatened verbally in this since, my lawyer stated i don't have to refund you anything, and if you take me to court you won't win. This conversation took place telephonically. I did not allow their unprofessionalism to deter me from my dreams, i went through another college and received my certification. And, on 5/2/2022 I spoke with Dr. Gene Johnson requesting once again said refund. He was belligerent , derogatory, and verbally assaultive. I was offended, and thus ending the abusive call. I then realized I needed assistance, so I filed a complaint with the attorney general , also my only other recourse was to also file one with you also. in closing please help rectify this injustice that I wrongfully suffered, by the hands of this company. Resolution Sought That my money in it's entirety be refunded. They did not certify me, thus it is unethical , to keep my money , when they did not pay for the services i requested.
