Purchased a Christmas ornament tree for $24.47 on 10/22/24 from www.christmasgiftse.com. Received a notice from my credit card that $25.96 was charged on 10/22/24 and then received an updated notice that my card was charged for $25.20 instead on 10/23/24 from USHQCOMMER. (Credit card company confirmed there was only one charge from the same company, not sure why they were different amounts but those amounts still don't match what I had agreed to pay). I had emailed the company asking for a tracking number, which I later found in a separate email, with no response to this day. The tracking website claimed the package was delivered 11/13/24 but it was never received, as I have been home all day and haven't left. Tried contacting the company to resolve issue and have not heard back. There is no contact info beyond an email form on their website. I cannot find any information on Google to confirm this is a legitimate business, as the street address seemingly doesn't exist. If further information is needed, I have screenshots of my purchase and credit statements that can be passed along. I have already changed my credit card to avoid any further scamming. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and/or to have the product delivered as promised. Furthermore, if this is not a legitimate business, I would like the website shut down so they cannot do this to any other consumers.
