The date was July 13, 2022. I am a current participant in the Intern- Housing program at Weingart Vignes. Chrysalis is the contracted company that performs housekeeping duties at the Intern- Housing cite. I politely asked the Chrysalis Housing keeping supervisor for some floor mats because the previous day of July 12, 2022, the housekeeping department had removed the shower floor mats from my assigned unit and left nothing in exchange. When I had brought the floor mats matter to the attention of the Chrysalis Supervisor, he terribly disrespected me in an unprofessional manner. His response was in a fashion like he didn't wish to assist or accommodate my needs. He then proceeded to tell me to "go to the store and get my own floor mats." The Chrysalis Housekeeping Supervisor is one of the key reasons it's been an uncomfortable living situation at the Weingart Intern- Housing location. He was aware that I was dissatisfied with his approach towards me asking for a floor mat, but he didn't care. His response to me was to "write a grievance about the matter, and not speak to him about anything." I got the indication that Weingart Vignes staff was going to take the side of the Chrysalis Supervisor, in which caused me to reach out to sources outside of Weingart Vignes. On July 16, 2022, Weingart Vignes again had given me the indication that they were going to be unfair about the situation and take the side of the Chrysalis Supervisor, but the issue was never me from the beginning. Resolution Sought This issue with the housekeeping department has been brewing since I became a resident in the Intern- Housing program at Weingart Vignes. Being that Weingart Staff appears to have the desire to take the side of the Chrysalis Supervisor, I can't say that I am in the right situation. It could be circumstance where another Intern- Housing location is necessary for me due to the linen issue. That tells me that they don't wish to assist or service me. I seek to involve this agency for fairness.
