I have paid over the contract 72 months my loan was for 22,197.16. Because I put down a $7000 payment with $1000 of it being to change my due date for my car payment from the 20th of the month to the 3rd of the month because I am retired and I get my pension on the 1st of the month I was charged 18.50 late charges from 5/31/2015 until 2/14/2019 .Yes I had some extensions and some late payments but the late payments of the 18.50 were because they didn't do something right for a total of 18 months at least there was nothing paid towards my principle . My total to pay back for the entire loan was $40,523.04. My vehicle was supposed to be paid for 12 of 2021 I have paid 79 months I still owe $10, 745. I am very overwhelmed by this!! I even tried calling to talk with them they hung up on me each time I called. I have written a dispute letter also to no avail . Resolution Sought To right their wrong my vehicle has already been paid for twice! I would like a letter stating paid in full .
