I was notified back in October that my car was on the recall list and took it to the Chrysler jeep dodge dealership of Manhattan to have the issue resolved,however they told me that they didn't have the part in stock and they had to order it,3 weeks later I called them back and was told the same thing,However upon contacting the FCA who issued the recall I was Assured that they did have the parts in stock,so I called the dealership again and they told me it still hadn't come in and directed me to call the FCA back which I did and got the same response that the parts were in stock so call the dealership back,long story short,I've been getting the run around since October 2nd of 2023 and almost 3 months later I still haven't gotten the recall Honored and fixed. Thereby leaving me playing Russian Roulette driving around in a vehicle with a faulty issue that could place the lives of me and my family in jeopardy by continuing to drive it. If they won't Honor the recall and stand behind their product then they can give me a new safer vehicle to resolve the issue, cause waiting 3 months to get a recall addressed is unacceptable. Resolution Sought Either Honor the recall and fix it and any other damage it may have caused as a result of waiting so long to get it fixed,or replace the entire car with a New safer one.

Per customer, so after waiting 3 months I couldn't put the recall off any longer for fear of my safety,so I scheduled an appointment with the Eastchester branch of their company, and the Manhattan Dealership finally decided to reach out that Same evening,after learning that i was seeking help elsewhere,and finally decided to fix the recall the next morning,so the issue has been resolved after nearly 4 months of waiting to have the recall Honored. Thank you for your Assistance and intervening on my behalf.

I never got second key from dealer. whenever I go there, they said we ordered, when it arrives we will second you the key, I been there around 10 times, called, stayed with them on the phone, countless number of times. key is programmable, special jeep key, worth about 800 dollars Resolution Sought to send me second key for my jeep
