Unfortunately I had to file a complaint with the Business Consumer Alliance in order to have my issue addressed

My car was on the recall list since September 2023 and I took it to Chrysler jeep dodge fiat of Manhattan to have the recall Honored and the issue resolved,however I was given the run around for almost 4 months,after which time I made an appointment with a different dealership,and that Same evening the Manhattan dealership finally decided to reach out to me after finding out and had me bring my car in the next morning to have the recall Honored...despite the delay they did a Good job in a timely manner....so I won't give them a bad review for one person's oversight,they even washed my car for me afterwards as a courtesy which was very Much Appreciated
