I bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from them the end of Feb $35,000 - late July started making grinding sound - told me to bring it up - I would be first in line. They didn't even look at it for a week, took a week for them to diagnosis it was the clutch. I told them there was a recall on the 6 speed manual transmission clutches, they didn't want to hear it. Told me Chrysler denied my claim and I would be responsible it would cost close to $5,000 - I said "whatever I just want my jeep back, I bought a soft top to enjoy the summer" I called them today, the guy said the guy working on my Jeep is off sick the next 3 days - I have not nor will I have my $35.000 Jeep back for the entire month of August!!! Resolution Sought Hire another technician to complete the work on my Jeep ASAP (don't have high hopes for the guy out sick - he started installing the clutch Thursday, was told it would be done Friday - no where close) and waive all expenses involved!!!
