I bought a vehicle from this dealership on October 16th was sold the vehicle over the phone due to no transportation was told my monthly payments where $350 and they are $650 I never received a copy of my contract. Also the dealership states they bought this vehicle from an auction in North Carolina and have never received a title for my car I am on my 2nd set of temporary tags and they refuse to give me my title I have called 5 different times to ask where the title is so I can register this car into my name and they tell me they are looking for it or still have not spoke to the original owner so the sold me a vehicle with no title I spoke with the owner and he has no idea about what my issue is Resolution Sought I would like to get my money back give them the car back and pay off this loan

I purchased a vehicle on 10/17 and they showed up yesterday to repossess the vehicle on 11/19 stating the lender did not approve after I signed a contract. They did not notify me they just showed up to take the car. Now they want to send me to another lender with a higher monthly payment and interest rate. I feel this is fraud and that they beefed up my income to obtain an approval. And now as a single mother I am with out a vehicle. Resolution Sought I would like my car back that I traded in and go somewhere else that will not do this to me.
