I purchased an engine online from CAS auto aka Chuck's Auto Salvage in April 2021. The engine came with a 6-month warranty (written). The engine failed September 29, 2021 and the warranty is in effect until October 5, 2021. Rob Draucker dba Chuck's Auto Salvage, refused to honor the warranty creating a breach of contract. Resolution Sought I would like a refund or credit towards another engine in the amount of 1267.55. Which would honor the written warranty.
