Hired to cut and program a key for a car we have. Came out cut the key and started it. When we went out to try to start it ourselves it did not start. Called them told them what was going on and he said it was not the key and would not come back and look at it. Resolution Sought I would like the business to get the key to work or refund the money

We attempted to reach out to the customer by phone twice and have left messages to try to resolve the issue but have not had the customer reach back out to us. We initially followed up with the customer 1 week after service when he said he would take the vehicle to the dealer, but did not hear a response back from him. We then followed up again once receiving the initial letter from your company but still did not hear back from the customer.
