I was wrongfully deactivated on 2/26/24 due to a supposed violation of their 3.3 sweeps rules and I never done anything wrong . Also hundreds maybe even thousands were deactivated for the same reason who also did no wrong . In the last two weeks Chumba has been reactivating numerous accounts that got the said 3.3 violation and got deactivated just as I did but this week there have been no reactivations that I could see on the Facebook site I'm on with over 600 members that were deactivated for said violation . If they reactivate some for the same thing shouldn't everyone be reactivated ? Why is my account not reactivated yet ? And their reactivation email also states that they would be credited their sweeps coins for postal requests that met their requirements and I'm also yet to see any of them get their credits . I feel like something shady is going on with this site and would like some answers . All I want is my account back just like countless others are getting theirs back for the same infraction that I am accused of ! Resolution Sought My desired outcome would be to have my account reinstated as others are being reinstated for the same said violation .

I started playing sweepstakes online on a website called Chumba Social Sweepstakes. You play for real sweepstakes entries and win real money . You also have to be verified before redeeming any winnings. I was verified last year. 2022. Seven days ago I won the jackpot of 24000 , I redeemed the winnings correctly, the process is suppose to have your sweepstake winnings first verified and reviewed before letting you receive your winnings to your bank account . It says in black and white on the website that it takes 1-2 days to be reviewed and processed. My winnings have been just sitting in pending status for over a week now . And every time I email support I get the same generic response and nothing changes . Resolution Sought Process my winnings I won fair and square, into my bank.
