Subject: Auto loan Fraud CIG Financial, LLC P.O.BOX 19795 Irvine Ca 92623-9795 Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this I am writing to you to report fraudulent activity that has taken place on my account with CIG Financial bank and RacewayNissan .During the purchase of a 2019 Nissan Sentra from Raceway Nissan located at 6030 Sycamore Canyon Blvd. (951)571-9300 Riverside Ca 92570 and CIG Financial Bank located at P.O. Box 19796 Irvine ca 92623 who fraudulently approved me for a car loan in the amount of $21176.44.and payments of $470.00 a month for 66 months. ,One of your employees at CIG Financial has a personal relationship with Luis Lopez Gonzalez F&I MGR at Raceway Nissan. They have worked together and committed fraud .Raceway Nissan lied about my income and were I worked, and your employee worked with Mr.Gonzalez and got me a loan without proof of income.And very high intrest and sold me a defective vehicle knowing it was a lemon.I have taken legal action regarding the lemon and have won the lawsuit in November of 2023, and was to return the car for a repurchase this month 1/2024 but do to an accident that wasnt my fault this is on hold at the moment.The fraudulent activity took place on 10/4/2022.and I was unaware of this till I downloaded the contract off the USB drive during my lawsuit for the lemon. I have contacted CIG Financial in regards to this issue on 1/12/2023 asking them to send. Me a copy of income ver Resolution Sought My money back and cancel loan and that CIG FINANCIAL AND RACEWAY NISSAN BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT LOAN FOR A CAR THEY KNEW WAS NO GOOD
