They are charging me for this insurance I'm not able to use the insurance is supposed to be covering my myself and my three children it is not I cannot make an appointment if I try to make an appointment they're telling me that it's like one specific doctor I have to use which is understandable but I got to go through them to make the appointment they have to make my appointments they're charging me and I call and they say that this the insurance that I have is supposed to be free which is not because I'm paying $12 a monthly so I don't know who's taking my money it's a signal on my bank accounts so I'm trying to get to the bottom of this because I'm paying for something that's not even being used I cannot use at all I only got it because of my children and they're not even on the plan. Resolution Sought Refund me for not being able to use it at all.

The most agitating company to do business. This outfit lacks common sense agent has trouble verifying withdraw amount after she has all my information. Then company withdraws well over what i was told. 1 and half hours on calls. And agent doesn't recognize CIGNA policies or other. Resolution Sought Make it right and if a overdraft fee pay it. Another time wasted on bills being sent out. Customer service reps say website when fact agent can do.
