Poor Customer Service
We were very dissatisfied with Cimarron’s services. Our escrow was very simple and straightforward. Our escrow officer stated to us that it would most likely close within two weeks. Two weeks passed and we did not hear from her, at all. No phone call. No email. So, we called her. The receptionist answered, we left her a message on her voicemail, and asked her for a return call with a status. No reply. We waited another week and called her again. Again, the receptionist answered, we left her a message on her voicemail, and asked her for a status. Again no reply. No email. In total, we called and left her messages four times , which she did not reply. We, being the Sellers, needed to be kept up to date, so that we could plan ahead. On the day of the closing of escrow, we were to pack the last of our belongings, close all utility accounts, turn over the keys, and be ready to vacate the house. The day the Lender transferred the funds, the escrow officer took that afternoon off. So nothing was done until the following day. Escrow did close the following day, but late in the afternoon, and it was a Friday. The only phone call we got from her was after the grant deed was recorded. By then, there was little time for us to prepare the house and turn it over to the Buyers. Complete lack of courtesy and very unprofessional. Very poor service.

Pay Extra to use a different escrow company
I waited on the phone over 2 hours on hold and finally gave up. I went to their office in Victorville and waited 2 hours until a kid came out and stuck me in a room and waited another hour. I walked out with no answers on why my mother, an all cash buyer had to wait 3 months and still no closed escrow? Pay extra to use your own Escrow Company. You'll be glad you did.
