We have been repeatedly ignored by our timeshare company, which appears to have no interest in cooperating to cancel our account. This lack of response follows a series of misrepresentations they made to us during the sales process. We find it unacceptable for a company to neglect its members in this manner and are seeking a swift resolution. Could you please intervene and assist us with this matter? Resolution Sought Cancellation
