On Oct.2nd my hot water heater quit producing hot water. I called Cinch and reported it. The first thing was the place they were going to be sending out His and Hers plumbing never even contacted me for three days to set up first appointment. I had to call them to get my appointment set up. The plumbing place came out fixed my faucet and looked at hot water heater. Then the gentleman proceeded to tell me the non covered charges was $1,830.00. I then called Cinch up and told them that should be no way. I was told at first that was what the deal was and no different. Finally after arguing with the regular lady she finally got me a supervisor. It was then explained to me that I could have a choice of a cash credit payout after they ordered the parts then they could tell me how much they would offer me in a cash credit payout. I had to call to find out what that was after I seen in a e mail that the parts had been ordered. They offered me the extreme low amount of $755.14.. I have agreed to that. I agreed to that on at least Oct. 10th was told that I would be receiving an email for me to register to have either an electronic deposit or a check sent. I never received that email so I called back on October 13, 2025. I was told that I would have an email before the end of that day. Never received one call back on the 14th same thing never got an email call back in the morning of the 15th was told to wait 24 hours from the phone call I made on the 14th still never received an email c Resolution Sought Send the E Mail now! So I can put in for the money to get sent to my bank account and quit giving me the run around.

This warranty company took money every month and then took the deductible for a claim then proceeded to take the word of a disingenuous repair company over me a close claim a denied a repair. They would not even let another company come out to look at the oven. Resolution Sought I would like the company to pay for a replacement oven after the repair company they sent out could not repair the issue I believe a new oven or financial compensation for me to purchase an oven is not asking to much. I would also accept a refund of all payments including monthly payments and deductibles to make me whole.
