Get management to make serious changes to and for the business service.
No one is available for contact without spending 5 to 10 minutes or more. There are too many prompts you for a live person. When you are given a date for service that date get canceled and you are given a date three weeks or more. The service response is so sub par. I would not recommend thier business based on past results. Your money is collected the same time you finally get a connection.. you have to wait a ridiculously amount of time before you can cancel your contract without being penalized a ridiculous amount of money.

Terrible customer service - STAY AWAY!
I spent 4+ hours on the phone with representatives from Cinch and Sears Home Services in order to get my refrigerator repaired or replaced according to the warranty for which I pay monthly. The representatives were all kind and courteous, but non of them shared the same knowledge as to how to complete my claim or schedule a new repair. Even their phone lines often disconnected or had terrible static or poor reception. Parts to repair the fridge were never sent, but I was charged $75 for a new repair ticket, and then told by another rep that because they had not found the parts to make a repair in 30 days, I needed to file a claim instead, but they couldn't refund the $75 because it was another department's job to do that. It was only after 4 1/2 hours that someone was able to refund the $75, which will take 10 business days for me to see on my card. Now I wait to see how much they will give me for a fridge that costs $3000 to replace. I don't hold out much hope. I will NOT renew my warranty subscription or use this company again.
