Poor Customer Service!
Dentist and staff was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. Apologize and take courses on customer service.

The dentist needs not to be in operation, especially on child!
Dentist was rude disrespectful and assaulted my eight year old son during extraction of teeth. Then didn't like the fact that I commented that we would not be back. He stopped while tooth was half in, like he was not going to work on my child. I had to yell he will get back and finish his job or I was making a call to police and than he flung my son down and ripped out teeth. We had to visit Anderson Mercy Hospital after the visit. We are both highly traumatized. I feel action needs to be taken. He needs not to be in operation especially on child!
