I've reached out to the vendor multiple times I even came to the suite multiple times to receive my item I was told after coming there a third time my item wasn't marked for pickup it's been going on 3 weeks still no update when I'm going to receive my item. Resolution Sought Hopefully I receive what I paid for.

This customer pick up her purchase. I have proof via text messages between the business and consumer the day she picked up her order and her stating she picked up her order. It seems as if she got her purchase and then went to make a false report. I am demanding for this report to be removed from my companies profile immediately.
