rented a room to me with out changing the sheets and pillow cases

Leticia the owner has rented a room to me with out changing the sheets and pillow cases in various occasions. Today I brought it to her attention at about 2:40pm and she asked me to leave give her the change back so she can return my one hundred dollar bill back. I said that I would be filing a complaint and she called me a piece of cr*p. Due to poor cleanliness the place is cockroach infested. I would like to see to it that a thorough inspection is carried out
