The onsite property manager is unprofessional and threatening towards tenants.

The property manager onsite mismanages rent payments and forces tenants to prove payment after the property manager serves a three day notice. The property is over 50 years old with rent ranging from 700 to 800 dollars for less than 600 sq feet. The onsite property manager is unprofessional and threatening towards tenants.
