I buy a pair of ARIAT boots wear it four times. I notice a hollow spot in the left boot in the sole. So I comeback to the store and I speak with the customer representative about the issue and I show her the problem and she said that is normal all the boots does that. I said to her that isn't normal this boot is defective and is uncomfortable walk with it when gets full of very small rocks and she repeated that is normal. I started to be frustrated and I said are you going to do me like this and she said there's nothing I can do for you. I told her I can't believe you are doing this to me she grabbed the boots went to her office and said well ARIAT didn't took ''em back so what I going to do is exchange them but I recommend you don't buy a boots with leather sole because is going to do the same. I said that's not true I'm been buying boots for this store for years and I know the quality of this boots because I have several other ARIAT boots where in it for over 10 years and they're look like new so I want to buy a leather soul boots and she says I recommend you don't buy cause he's going to happen the same so I told her I want my money back she say no I'm not give your money back so I grab the boots walked out of the store and she sarcastically told me have a good day. So I called ARIAT manufacturer and they told me ARIAT boots have one year warranty any defects haven't wearing since then still in the box. Resolution Sought I just want my money back and obviously never will buy again for that store
