I booked a stay at the circle inn motel, when I checked in and got into my motel room. I seen cockroaches, they had no hot water, graffiti everywhere, carpet ripped up, no bed covers, stains everywhere, atrociously dirty. It looked like it wasn't cleaned since it opened. I checked in at 9:09 and was in my car and leaving around 9:49 and when I went to get a refund the lady said sorry we don't refund after an hour. I'm which I told her it's been most 30 minutes . She replied we don't count minutes. I tried contacting Expedia and Expedia said said I stayed till 11:20. In which they lied to make sure they get my money. Resolution Sought I want a refund and hope you guys will do something about this motel to make it a much better stay for future consumers.
