Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I purchsed 2 gift cards from THE CIRCLE K ON WARM SPRINGS RD. On 12/24/2021 at 11:34 p.m. My cashier was Matt. A $75 Home Depot card and $25 Kohls gift card were bought. Well NEITHER one was loaded, but my account was debited for the transaction! Transaction #590275. Today 12/26/21 we went there about 12:50 p.m. (after trying to use the card only to be told it was never loaded) and the manager on duty REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING! AFTER SHE PRINTED OUT THE TRANSACTION seeing that it was a verified purchase. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE ON DUTY PROCEEDED TO SAY "WERE NOT GONNA DO S**T ABOUT IT". A video that was recorded when my mom went to ask their names in order to give them over when a complaint was filed shows the employee who made the explicit statement saying "she done told y'all what she ain't gonna do" and refused to give my mother their names. I have tried multiple numbers with no luck and have had $100 stolen from me and would like it to be fixed! Resolution Sought I would like a refund processed to my card immediately.
