On 9-3-2021 I went to the Circle K on North Valdosta Road at 4:24 pm to buy a carton of Marlboro Lights, instead of giving me a carton he gave me packs. He put them in a bag while I inserted my card to pay $56.62. When I got home to put them up there were 8 instead of 10 packs. I called the store 229-247-5450 at 6:52 pm, I believe her name was Deborah that answered. I told her my name and that I was in the store earlier and bought a carton of Marlboro Lights and he gave me packs instead of a carton. When I got home to put them up there were 8 instead of 10 -CLICK... she hung up on me. I called back 4 times and it was busy. When she put the phone back on the hook at 6:55 pm the 6th time I called she didn't answer. I've made several attempts to get in touch with them and no one will reply. I left a message at another Circle K for the manager to call. She didn't either. I have filled out forms on their website and messaged them on Facebook and they refuse to address the issue. Resolution Sought Give me my 2 missing packs and will pick them up at another Circle K.
