the sell price is $6.99.the cashier charged me $7.29

My complaint was the sell price is $6.99.the cashier charged me $7.29. in different price. I show the seller their is no marking price for $7.29. I told him sir their is no marking price for $7.29. Anyway here. I ask him show me were is $7.29. That you charge me for. I was shocked. I told him you can not do this.in American. that the sell price is different from you charge. I was unhappy because not just one time, it happen to me twice. one time I bought twos hot dog and a drink. seller charge me $12.00. On my way to work. i didn't look checked my receipt until get to my work place .I see the charge on my card $12.00. Something I don't get.
