I booked our room on booking.com for circus circus for aug9,2021. Which my room was suppose to be cheaper but, I had to pay a deposit of 43.19 but, the room was came to 563.07. my card was not suppose to be charge until the first night so circus circus took 43.19 out my account three times and the we arrived we was also charged 789.00 plus a 200.00 deposit. When I called circus circus they never told me any of this would be for two rooms connected they lady said I only would have to pay the required fee of 563.07 . But, during our stay there was no room services nor was the hotel clean there was mold on the walls, where the hotel put up wall paper to cover it up. bathroom smell like feus, urine room service when they did decide to come around was very unprofessional . Our room was very nasty .The escalator was broke the elevator an man got very angry and broke down the elevator door they only blocked it off and it wasn't fix for people to get on . This was my first time in Vegas and I will never stay at circus circus again . I was told by the manager at the end of my visit I would received my 200.00 deposit for the rooms and I never received them when I called and talked to the manager and they told that it take 14 days for it to return to our back and We still haven't received anything . Our stay was horrible Resolution Sought I would prefer a refund for the horrible stay and for over charging me and for the distress and not informing me that my health would be at risk because of the mold .

To Whom it may concerned On June 6th 2021, I had a reservation from Booking.com for 2 rooms in a two nights stay at Circus Circus Hotel on June 11 to 13, 2021 for a total of $675.63 that included a $32 resort fee per night per room. When I got to the hotel on June 11, 2021, the hotel clerk charged me another total resort fees of $145.12 for two rooms. I told him my reservation already included all the fees. He said this charge is only for security deposit so my card will not be charged. I have no choice but to give my visa card to him. The next day, I saw a two charges on my card with a $72.56, $72.56 from the hotel, and a fee from my bank of $5.00. On the 13th of June, on my check out, I met one of their supervisor and questioned about the charges. He said they will refund them in 3-4 days. A week later, I called them and they said it will take 5-10 business days. On July 7th 2021, (3 weeks later), I called again but this time they said this is a resort and staying fees so it cannot be refunded. I said according to my reservation, all the fees are inlcuded. She said they don't know what my agency said but my charges are nonrefundable. With this experience, I feel that I've been overcharged or being ripped-off from this hotel. This is my worst experience of all and it is the worst place I ever stayed. On my second nights, the hotel did not provide me with new towels, soap, and shampoo neither. Resolution Sought I request to have my money $825.75 refunded to me. If you need more information about my reservation and the copy charges from the hotel, have them available any time.
