Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I've been dealing with Cirro for years. Awhile back some one over there discontinued my service, not me them did it I guess accidentally. They told me to wait until they got my bill straightened out they didn't tell me the were just racking up a bill Tha I decided to check on them about my bill and I have been dealing with these people as if I did them wrong My average billings I was paying $78- $80 a month, but every since I've been paying, $135, $165, $150 they were saying it wa fees and I live in a one bedroom apartment and have gone broke paying these $100s of dollars light bills so I asked them if I could have some of those fees waived they said yes but they stuck part of them after paying another $150 which included $80 of fees I guess, they told me my bill will be straight but it was still double because they say they put the waived bill on the next month's bill They started all this after I signed a thing to keep them 3 more years but I can't afford all this monies. Resolution Sought Stop charging me all these fraudulent fees because I've paid more than enough fees. You
