I wish I could give 0 stars but that is not possible so I give you a 1. I proved that my citation was not valid and then got a letter telling me to pay it with late charges even though I contested it! Then I called the number and spoke with a representative that basically told me to pay it and that she is hanging up the call. I asked how that was fair and she said because we are going in circles and she already told me that I just have to pay it. Literally feels like talking to someone in a communist country. Really poor customer service and really uncaring people. I have tried to find some other number or way to get ahold of someone but can't seem to find anything. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

There is no way to contact these people. The citation number etc. is not correct, it does not recognize a time lic. number.

None of the information on the ticket matches the information they are requesting. I have been cut off 40 times by the automated phone service. I can not reach anyone.
