Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A week ago he asked me if I could plow hif I could plow his park a lot and around the palms in that if we isn't that if we got snow so I showed up today to plow right after a nory Stern and and I go in and add talk to him and let him know I was done plowing and he looks out the window at the pavement it says it is you didn't plow the day prior they were putting a bunch of salt down melted a bunch of snow and it turned into ice which was underneath the snow So he was looking at the oyse saying that I didn't plow which I did if he looked around and said I didn't plow. Most plow guys get about a 150 to $200 for parking lot that size especially being commercial but since he wanted to say I didn't plow but if he were to look outside and see the snow piles he'd seen I plowed loud so urban over an hour and a 1/2 of work I get Nelson Burns through the fuel that I have and now I have a bad taste in my mouth for that business. I don't even know at this point he probably won't even pay anyways Resolution Sought Pay me the money owed
