Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Sold broken vaporizer. Went to return or exchange not even 20 minutes later and he would not. No non refundable sign what so ever and was rude as hell. Did not use register to ring anything up at all and pocketed money. Not a very good or clean business. Always on the phone and always has kids running around. Resolution Sought Make it right. Be more friendly.. have signs up.. no kids.. use register.. more clean.. not on the phone
