I just purchased headphones about 20 minutes ago from the citgo on 75th and Broadway. I tried on the headphones to see if they worked. They didn't, then the manager showed me how. One ear didn't work. I asked for a refund since I literally just purchased them. He tells me no and I can call the cops… Really? Where's the hospitality…. Resolution Sought I would like for the merchant to dispute my money back into my account. He was rude, disregarding and gave me attitude. I don't appreciate that. He didn't handle the situation at all..
