Late fees on payments made on time. The payments were due on the first and. I made them on the first through bill-pay through my bank. Other bills paid the same way were not taxed at all. This was a purchase that was supposed to be 12 months no interest and they robbed me with the 40.00 dollar late fees. Resolution Sought Refund late fees for payments that didn't have even a one day grace period.
