My money sucked back into the ATM before I could get it.
I went to the Citizens Bank on Plainfield Pike in Cranston RI. I've been going for years. About a year ago They got new ATMS. I am 72 years old.i am disabled. I'm on medication and at this time homeless. I stay wherever I can for as long as I can! I have to HUD cases pending I'm Superior Court for Discriminating against my disability. They both have Probable Causes. The least thing I needed was to try and withdraw my monthly Social Security Benefits. Then in 30 seconds have my money sucked back into the ATM before I could get it. Citizens Bank claims this is a safety precaution for it's customers! I say they are stealing under the guise of that snatch procedure policy! I use a Direct Express Card and this is the first time in 10 years. This has ever happened in my lifetime! I'm traumatized and in shock! That Citizens Bank can steal and rob the most valuable people. When you are old disabled and medicated and they can steal your money in 30 seconds. This policy must be stopped immediately! The only people not losing their money is Citizens Bank! These are crimes! After 10 days and 100 calls and emails. Today after 10 days without the majority of my income! I finally got my money back! Citizens Bank could be putting that money right back into my account after 24 hours.After they do their accounting! They hold that money in their accounts.That money never went back to Direct Express Card.That was my monthly Social Security Benefits.
