After spending $200 with a nice tip, the level of service from a "professional event coordinator" is absurd.

My fiancé and I dined at Citron Restaurant on Sunday, July 14th and had a pleasurable experience. During our conversation, we thought the setting was perfect for our wedding day. I requested a tour and surprisingly was given a tour the same day by Rob who was very professional. Unfortunately he could not give us additional information about the packages they offered so he took down my information to give to the event coordinator. I received a call from Emily. Gave her my wedding information and a starting budget and was transferred to someone else. I'm not sure who I've spoken with at that time but he was talking in circles only for me to finally say for him, that they were unable to work with my budget. And he said they are more so like a "Martins Caterer priced venue" and we don't want to waste anyone's time." He did not give any options or information on pricing and what it includes. He said my budget didn't cover next to nothing. I politely said thank you and he slam the phone. Later that day, I called back and requested to speak to a manager. I spoke to Rob about my experience with his event staff and he apologized. That guy (nameless) was very snobby and rude. That experience made me feel belittled and disrespected. After spending $200 with a nice tip, the level of service from a "professional event coordinator" is absurd Train your staff to be more professional with customers and not judgmental their "starting budget". The apology does not fix my horrible experience.
