I purchased a vehicle from City Auto sales in 2020 of October and I haven't received my title or registration yet! The guy Andy keeps telling me that the title is in Pennsylvania and there is no recollection in California DMV. When I called to find out what's going on. Since then I've been getting repairs done and I just can't afford the repairs that's needed. Just recently had the fuel pump replaced and the wiring was so faulty it was pathetic! All he did was put some more paper plates on the vehicle that's still don't match the vehicle! Just a total lemon. Resolution Sought Would just like a refund.
