My wife and I purchased a bed frame and two night stands. When it was delivered, we opened the box to one of the night stands and it was smashed so we quickly called the delivery guy to come and pick it up. He said sure, but never came. Then we discovered that all of the rest was the wrong color, so we called City Furniture in Lady Lake and they can't pick this furniture back up. Their excuse was the upcoming holiday. We explained to the manager that we were returning to Wisconsin on Friday July 2 so they needed to get it done by then, but they didn't care. And wouldn't return our money. They said I could return it to Orlando but I have no means to do that so we are stuck. Resolution Sought Pickup this wrong and damaged furniture and return our money we paid cash for it
