Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased insurance for my appliances & Hot water heater. Fri am, I put in a work order for a non working Hot water heater, after PG& E evaluated the issue, ir not repairable. Due to my daughter's medical condition, cancer. The work order was to be escalated. City Plumbing, NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. City Plumbing Receptionist left a message, they would be out Saturday. Call remained unanswered, no contractors showed. So, it's Sunday, still no Water heater service & now we are going to have to rent a motel & with a sick child. Resolution Sought 1. ANSWER THEIR PHONES! 2. Repair/replace the water heater, YESTERDAY!!
