To be fair and be seen service person within 15 minutes when have appointments

I had appointment with city toyota 2.30 pm 45 minutes no one come and talk to me about my car. I talk to a person he said he not in charge. I have to leave because I have to go to work and I was late. 3 people sitting in the office never came out called the service department next day manager Joey call no help why 45 minutes no services always city toyota customers bought 5 cars very bad service and know I have to go to Putnam Toyota for service. To be fair and be seen service person within 15 minutes when have appointments
