Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Ordered something, not clear what I was supposed to receive Chase is back checking but I got 3 small plastic package with 1 microscopic metal bead in each !!!!????Why can't this address be closed people arrested on fraud. Somebody is at this address mailing, post office meter stamps mailed 4/19/26 from Jersey to Houston 5/5/26, Meyer stamp should be able to be tracked LFP on stamp. Where's the FBI Resolution Sought We need to close, remove from FACEBOOK, file criminal charges. That's our money. Want my money back!!!!!!!!

I ordered a product from a company called Trykesa and the product was coming through this company shipping department and instead of receiving a exercise vibration plate I received in a wire a wire that goes in your ear for a pierced ear for a dangle earring that is what I received was one earring wire and not what I ordered Resolution Sought I would like a refund. Of $68.99
